Last updated: October 20, 2018

White-Label Branding

Remove all ClientSynq branding and present the portal as your own product.

Overview

White-Label Branding is an Enterprise feature that allows you to completely remove ClientSynq branding from your client portal, presenting it as your own product. This feature is perfect for agencies, consultants, and businesses who want to maintain their brand identity.

Availability: Enterprise Plan Only

What is White-Label Branding?

White-label branding removes all references to ClientSynq from your portal, including:

  • "Powered by ClientSynq" text - Removed from footer
  • ClientSynq logo - Replaced with your logo
  • Marketing links - Pricing, FAQ, Privacy, and Terms links hidden
  • Copyright text - Changed to your company name

What remains:

  • Support link (for your clients to contact you)
  • Core portal functionality
  • All features work exactly the same

Requirements

Plan Requirements

  • Enterprise Plan subscription
  • White-Label feature must be enabled

Recommended Setup

Before enabling white-label, we recommend:

  1. Upload your company logo
  2. Set your primary brand color
  3. Test the portal appearance
  4. Verify all client-facing pages

How to Enable White-Label

Step 1: Navigate to Brand Settings

Best Practices

  • Go to Brand Settings
  • Upload a high-quality logo (200x200px recommended)
  • PNG format with transparent background works best
  • Max file size: 2MB

2. Set Your Brand Colors

Customize your primary brand color to match your company:

  • Use your company's primary color
  • Ensure good contrast for readability
  • Test on light and dark backgrounds

3. Test Before Going Live

  • Enable white-label in a test environment first
  • View all pages your clients will see
  • Test on mobile devices
  • Verify logo displays correctly

4. Update Your Documentation

  • Update any internal documentation
  • Inform your team about the change
  • Create client-facing materials
  • Add your support contact information
